The disturbance north of Haiti has now redeveloped focus to a low forming about 200 miles east of the Georgia coast. Tropical development is no longer a notable possibility, however the strength of this storm will still be significant. Hurricane force wind warnings have gone up for the marine areas. This gale center will continue to hang around the coast for the next 3 days and will bring heavy rains and high winds to the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida.
