  SUBTROPICAL STORM ANDREA

The first NHC advisory was issued at 11am this morning. Andrea has since then weakened slightly. She will make landfall within the next 72 hours. Another reconnaisance flight is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I dont have enough time at the moment for a forecast. Please refer to the NHC products for more information.
